Masters Degree in Social Work, or Bachelor’s/Bachelor’s in Social Work. with 2 years casework and 1 year group work experience and/or 1 year supervisory experience. Experience in the field of child welfare preferred. Must have and maintain a valid NYS Driver’s License with satisfactory driving record. Family Team Conferences are based on the premise that all interested persons in a child’s life come together to discuss and make decisions regarding the child’s safety, well-being, and permanency. Preservation of family and community connections serves as the focus of the FTC meetings.
